Trained technicians vacuum out grease traps, scrape the walls, treat them with bio-safe chemicals, and dispose of old waste oil in line with BIC, DEC, and EPA standards, helping restaurants stay compliant with NYC DEP sewer regulations. Free used cooking oil pickup is included with grease trap service for quantities of at least 50 gallons. The company handles passive hydromechanical traps, large precast concrete gravity traps, and automatic grease removal systems, and also offers related services such as kitchen hood cleaning.
