Gilton Resource Recovery

I live in a cul-de-sac off Dutchollow Way in Modesto and the skill and professionalism your drivers possess never ceases to amaze me. They already have to maneuver through the curves of our street and contend with bins that aren't spaced enough apart for the claw. But the thing that impresses me the most is when they knock over a bin they take the time to get out of their truck and pick it up. I've never seen this at my previous place of residence in a city 30 miles to the north that starts with S! Kudos to your drivers!

I want to say that I appreciate the fact that every single employee I saw helped guide me to the unloading area for trucks like mine. Front office staff were very nice and everyone helped great job this is how it should be. Thanks again.

I am writing to provide positive feedback on driver Gilbert. I have a licensed in home daycare and since opening a year and a half ago all the children look forward to their weekly wave at Gilbert! He always has a smile on his face and brightens the kids day! Today he stopped to say a more formal hi to the kids and show them the truck. He was patient with all the questions from the children and happily answered them all! Since leaving all the kids have talked so much about the experience and even called it “the best day ever!”. Our community is lucky to have such a kind and positive role model for the children! Thank you Gilbert!
