Aaron R.M. Dove (1/5 stars, a year ago): My aging father and myself recovering from a broken ankle came to drop off a whole trailer load of recyclable metal and some debris. The man working at the unload site (who is suupsed to assist in off-loading) came out wearing gloves looked at our load and told us that we could unload ourselves it and put it all all the way on the other side of the drop off area. When I called him out on it he shot me a dirty look and walked back in the office and closed the door.

Ann McGregor (5/5 stars, 2 years ago): Took another load of junk up the hill. They always unload for me. Very nice guys. And after weighing out the lady is so friendly. And she doesn't get upset when I tell her to have a blessed day.

I've never had a problem with anything I've brought because what they will and won't take is spelled out at the website.
