As of March 6, 2023, glass will no longer be accepted in the curbside recycling program for residents, commercial accounts, and multi-family dwellings in Fargo. Residents are encouraged to bring their glass to one of the 20 recycling drop sites available. The City of Fargo offers an ALL in ONE recycling program where residents can deposit all recyclables in one bin without the need for separation. The cost for this service is $4 per month, and accepted items include flattened cardboard boxes, tin, steel, and aluminum cans, office paper, junk mail, newspapers, magazines, and plastic bottles, tubs, and jugs labeled 1-7. Collection is done every other week on garbage day. Recycling drop-off sites will still be available for those who prefer to transport recycling themselves. For apartment residents or those with dumpsters, recycling options are available by calling the provided number. The collected recyclables are processed at Minnkota Recycling in Fargo and sent to various markets for remanufacturing into new products. Visitors to the recycling directory website can access a recycling knowledge game, view drop site locations, and find information on how to recycle in apartments or with dumpsters.

Erik Corbin (1/5 stars, 2 years ago): Start off great! We started collecting checks for around $150 for 600 lbs. of grease. Then our checks went to $25 saying we only had 100 lbs. We did nothing different our grease waste never changed. I called them to see why they never really gave an answer as to why. It stayed at 100lbs for the last four checks. They came every six weeks and our average waste is 100lbs a week. I will not use again
