Great facility to have access to the public! I received fast friendly service. It's easy to pick up. Just drive-thru and the nice guy on his forklift just dumps the compost in your trailer or truck. Give him a thumbs up when you got enough.... My flower beds look wonderful now thanks to the free compost.

I have to say this is money well spent to operate this facility. Parish wide tree limbs leaves and other biodegradable waste goes to excellent mulch instead of a landfill or burned. The guys working there are polite and professional in operating the loaders. It's allowed me to grow the best vegetable garden I've ever had. I've given a variety of veggies to our friends and will continue to do so.

Review

Free compost when available and it's cheap to drop off debris; $6 per yard. Do not drop of any yard waste with rocks in it or trash of any kind. It can damage the compost machine get you banned and trash can end up in the compost.
