Deerfield Beach Transfer Station

They're scam artists we're in the process of filing a lawsuit and looking for others to make a class action suit. I brought in 2 pieces of an entertainment center that's it. 2 pieces of particle board 32"x12"x6' that both fit in my truck bed with the tailgate closed and they charged me $150 I have it all on dashcam. They charged me for 1 900lbs!!! of waste. Here's the kicker. My truck weighs 7100lbs +/- so to weigh out at 5200lbs I would have had to cut part of my truck off weighing 1900lbs with a plasma torch in 2 mins and leave it there for it to be possible. I'll update with the law firm contact info for others who have similar cases. Call the guy who left a comment. He was full of it. Never did anything and ghosted us. We are working with an attorney now. We aren’t the only ones they’ve done this to. Message here or DM me if you had a similar experience.

I have used the service for a few years and the last year has been the worse service ever. We usually have weekly pick ups on Tuesday and lately that just doesn't happen. I have to call for a few days in the row for them to pick up. All they tell me is i will enter a ticket in the system and it will be picked up. I ask to speak to a supervisor or my account manger and they don't return your calls. If you are searching for a trash service do not go with Waste Connection.

Safety is important. These guys are well organized and keep things rolling with safety being number 1 priority. Staff is friendly and always polite. I've been going here for years and never had a bad experience.
