Good customer service over email and in person. If you just want to get rid of large metal items without dumping it on someone else's property or trash bin this is a good place but dont expect to get much for it. Hours and days are horrible for working people. Lot is a mess. After going through the drive thru I had no idea where exactly to go to get back to the main drive and there are small and large pieces of metal all over the place. Was hoping I didnt pop a tire just getting out of there.

A little difficult to find entrance. Great service fair prices. Take your pickup not the Lincoln. Dusty!
