Where in the hell did all these commenters come from? Dorks".. Not from wyoming I assume. First of all you got to drive all the way to the smelly landfill to recycle. Just pick it up!! Like all the other states that have recycling. Might as well just put it with garbage. Smells that way and we do not know where it goes afterwards. Secondly like number two Casper. Why did it take it so long to hit you in the head to do this? And how useless it is when it snows bad out here again. Even with the other locations in town you have this garbage. That you pick up.. LOL Thirdly but finally. You are missing a few to recycle and how painfully new you are at this and so behind from the rest of the world like everything else. When you make more places to put recyclables it raises prices of city sanitation. How I and so many more that lived here forever before this showed up to change to California. Do not appreciate this at all because now I got to pay so much more to drop off one idem before they close on us. Like we don't work all day or something. So we have to recycle everything.

I so appreciate that there is a recycling depot here. Addressing the other review asking about why no glass the website actually explains that no one is recycling enough to make the transport of heavy glass viable. It costs more to move than it’s worth recycling isn’t a charity. From the article in the Casper star tribune you can put paperboard (ie cereal boxes) in with the magazine bin until they get a designated bin. They even have a small bin to recycle plastic bags! I think they’re doing a great job finding recycling at all in Wyoming is hard enough and this one is well outfitted!

Why oh WHY is there no glass recycling?! Only 3 stars
At Meals on Wheels, 1760 East 12th Street in Casper. Other city depots include Huber Park, North Casper Ball Park, Wyoming Blvd. by the fairgrounds, Viking Court, Mike Sedar Park, Paradise Valley Pool, and the Balefill.
Yes. Empty boxes of Styrofoam, plastic, packing paper, and peanuts, remove tape, and flatten them so the bins hold more.
No. The city discontinued glass because markets are outside Wyoming and shipping costs more than the material is worth.
