kaz v. (5/5 stars, 7 years ago): They docked us before our app time first thing in the morning and got us unloaded very fast. They were also kind enough to let us finish our 10 hour break in their yard after we unloaded and the yard jockey dude was very friendly and eager to help out. The yard itself is an easy in and out and they also didn't bother us even though we had parked right in front of the gate before they opened which was cool of them! Great place to do business with.

Hunter Dossett (4/5 stars, 4 years ago): Hard to get a hold of for communication. But they are willing to entertain walk-in inquiries. Haven't been able to do any business with them yet unfortunately. However I hope to in the future. Their facilities/office/reception area are clean and tidy. The receptionist was both very kind and very helpful. And finally the compound provides ample signage and kind employees to help point visitors in the right direction. Final point I want to make is that when I had visited on Oct 27th they appeared to be taking minimal Covid-19 precautions. I cannot speak for the present or anything that I had not witnessed or am miss-remembering. However I wore a mask throughout my entire walk-in meeting and was never questioned or made to feel uncomfortable by any of the employees. Overall a very caring and respectful group of people makeup the culture of Retriev and I'd love to work with them in the future simply due to their overall kindness.

K Owens (5/5 stars, 7 years ago): Pick up load w 53' dry van. A little slow in loading you up but they a very careful in how it's loaded (HazMat). Staff is friendly and they do have on site scale. Was told they don't start loading till after 14:00.
