Adam Millsap (2/5 stars, a month ago): This review is about the transfer station in Springdale. The fella who works the scale is always incredibly nice. The facility is great. When I have been able to dump there it’s been great. All that said three times now I have had a load on my truck arrived during business hours and was told I could not dump for one reason or another. One of those times their computer system was down so they had no way to take payment. Today it was because although the hours posted on Google say they are open till five I was told they close at four to the general public and remain open until five for those with accounts. Every time I’ve gone here to dump I have attempted to call first to ensure they are open and receiving loads. Unfortunately there is no option to reach the transfer station. It is massively frustrating to have a load on my truck arrive at the facility and be told I will have to come back another day. Do better y’all.

Tabitha Barker (1/5 stars, 4 months ago): Man you would think this business would go bankrupt with how awful they are. We cancelled our account September of 2024 and today I got a notice that they are going to send our unpaid invoices for third party collection. This company is horrible! Don’t ever use them! We always paid bill on time and hardly ever got serviced! They are the worst! Cannot stress this enough!! We cancelled our account I have proof September 2024. We switched to Republic 9/13/24. Someone better respond to my email on this. I’m done. I’ve asked to be removed multiple times and NO ONE does! Also for those saying they aren’t getting through on calls I’ve read they block your number when you call too much! Do NOT use them!
