I went yesterday to take in cans and I borrowed my dad’s vehicle but had different state plates so they said no matter what I had they only will give me $50 even though I have a California ID. So I asked if they can only do one bin and was told no that they have to take all the cans in my vehicle. I have been going there for years and was never once told about any of these rule nor were they posted!

Was there yesterday no problems in and out quickly. Today was a different experience. They threw trashbags and some unrecyclable plastic in the back of my truck. When I went to cash in my ticket I was asked for my ID and I simply commented that I wasn't asked for it yesterday and the cashier went ballistic. The tone in his voice was something I wouldn't have tolerated if he had not been behind that window. I've been going there for years today was the last time.
