Visits run without an appointment six days a week, and staff direct each load to the right drop area. The center pays by the pound on certified scales for CRV aluminum cans and plastic bottles, ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, and insulated copper wire. Cardboard, appliances, and electronics drop off free in designated areas, and glass bottles are accepted as well. Catalytic converters, textiles, household trash, hazardous waste, and anything holding fluids are turned away.
