Fern Daum (1/5 stars, a month ago): WM will leave your recycling on the curb for 2 months lie about picking it up then charge you an extra $100 for their incompetence. Edit #1: Just when I thought the service couldn't get any worse - there was a $110 charge on this months bill for an extra pick up. Oh you mean the time you had to drive by to pick up the recycling you'd been ignoring for 2 MONTHS?! Then when I call into customer service for an explanation I'm hung up on. Truly surprised someone hasn't sued this complete JOKE of a company. Edit #2: After calling WM about the additional $100 charge for TWO "extra" pick ups I was assured by the customer service rep that the extra charge would be dropped. Service was not completed for TWO MONTHS so it wasn't an extra pick up it was a make-up pick up. Lo and behold my account was charged $138 dollars. So now you aren't doing your job and you're charging me extra because I pay attention and call you out on not doing your job?! WHAT A JOKE. This company is a SCAM. The customer service is ATTROCIOUS. If I could give 0 stars I would. My recycling hasn't been picked up for over 2 months. Drivers will say they can't pick up due to "Containers not out" even when your container is at the curb. They have taken intentionally misleading photos to "prove" bins not out (attached to review). The photo doesn't include the driveway where the bins were placed just the front of the house - who puts their bins in the front yard? I've called customer service 4 separate times spoken to a manager twice submitted multiple tickets and STILL NO PICK UP. If your drivers have time to drive by and take a photo of my home WHILE LOOKING AT THE BIN THEY CLAIM ISNT OUT you'd think they could do their job and pick up the recycling. I've included the photo the drivers submitted to "prove" the bin wasn't out and one showing where the bins are placed 24/7. Seriously save yourself the money and headache and go with literally any other recycling and waste removal service.

Fran Garbett (1/5 stars, a month ago): I have been a long standing customer of WM and the service have drastically declined over the last year. Service is either delayed or not picked up at all. Recently I requested a trash pick up for a missed service and was advised that was not an option but I could leave extra trash out for my next pick up and my account would be noted. I had extra trash in the bin nothing excessive but received a citation that my bin was overflowing. This week again trash was not picked up. No issues with the weather. I called customer service and used the chat on the webpage. Same response. I can leave extra in the bin for next weeks pick up. I need more reliable service. I will be switching companies.

Ashley Hall (1/5 stars, 2 months ago): The drivers will leave my trash cans open and on the street instead of putting them back on the curb. My services are consistently marked as completed when they are not. If I call customer service to report a missed pick up I have to wait two weeks until the next pick up for recycling and by then I am overflowing with recycling and trash. They will literally tell me to pile the recycling on the side of my house. I will be switching companies very soon as these are consistent issues.
