Waste Connections

Nathan Magers (1/5 stars, a year ago): I tried to resolve this poor service with Waste Connections customer service directly twice but they refused to respond or acknowledge that what happened is a problem. The driver plainly saw what happened and instead of getting out and fixing it decided to just drive away. The container lay this way for the next four days because I was out of town which I found embarrassing. Wish I could post the video. Hope this helps improve service from Waste Connections.

Alex Boyd (1/5 stars, a year ago): I have had nothing but a hassle and load of unhelpful experiences from Waste Connections. Oregon allows these monopolistic utilities to rule over us with poor service and support. If you think you have no problem look at other cities and towns. The same services provided elsewhere provide more are cheaper treat customers with competitive interest and don't change the rules they choose to follow on a monthly basis. They also discriminate against the elderly and show no consideration for individual needs cherry picking the rules they feel cater to their interest and break them when convenient. I can't wait to save up and leave this dump and these folks are a contributing factor in the overall reason this city is dying. Portland can only be carried by so many Californian transplants till all the middle class say enough is enough and go elsewhere. Just in Eugene Oregon. You have in some places up to 5 garbage service options. Portland needs to stop allowing these backroom buddy deals and start allowing competitive utilities to be an option. We don't need more businesses like this.

Ali B (4/5 stars, 2 years ago): I work with a smaller construction company. On an out of town job we used this company for the dumpster rental on our construction debris removal. I had issues to start until I spoke with Lori. She was amazing at understanding what I needed and explaining the process to me. She made it to where it was painless to get things set up and even looked out for me when things didn't look quite right. I highly recommend calling and asking for her if you want to use this company!
